Welcome to Oishii! This is the place where you’ll find the recipes that we love, as well as the ones we create. We started cooking together in Osaka in a teeny tiny apartment, where we lived for two and a half years after we got married. Although we are now back in California, we are continually inspired by Asian cuisine and the amazing people that we encountered in Japan while living there as English teachers. Please follow along as we continue our culinary (and life) journey on this side of the Pacific! 食べましょう! (Let’s eat!)
